1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BEV ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BEV. By using the app, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. User Accounts
To use BEV, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
When using BEV, you agree not to:
- Upload, post, or share illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
- Harass, stalk, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Use the app for commercial purposes without our consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or to other users' accounts
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the app
- Upload photos or content you do not have rights to
- Share explicit, violent, or inappropriate content
5. Content and Ownership
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of photos, messages, and content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant BEV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.
5.2 Content Removal
User Content, including photos, messages, and check-ins, is automatically removed daily for privacy. We may also remove content that violates these Terms at any time without notice.
5.3 Our Content
All app features, design, code, and branding are owned by BEV and protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Location Services
BEV uses your location to provide bar discovery and check-in features. You can control location permissions in your device settings. Some features require location access to function properly.
7. Privacy
Your use of BEV is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

- We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Bar information, hours, and details may be inaccurate
- We are not responsible for interactions between users
- We do not verify the identity of users
- Use the app at your own risk
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEV and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BEV from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
