BEV child safety standards
BEV does not allow child sexual abuse or exploitation of any kind.
Our standard
BEV is a social nightlife app for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it, and accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed.
BEV has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This applies to every part of BEV: profiles, photos, chat messages, meetups, and places.
What is prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any photo, video, text, or generated image that sexually depicts a minor.
- Sexualizing minors in any way, including comments, captions, or requests.
- Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to meet a minor for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or any other exploitation of a minor.
- Sharing links to, asking for, or offering any of the above.
How to report
- In the app: press and hold a chat message or photo, then choose Report. You can also block the user so they cannot reach you.
- By email: write to bevvcool@gmail.com with the subject BEV child safety report. Say where you saw it (the bar, meetup, or profile) and when. You do not need a BEV account to report.
Do not forward the content
Do not screenshot, download, or send suspected child sexual abuse material to us or anyone else. Describe where it is and we will find it.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
What we do
- We review child safety reports as a priority, ahead of every other report.
- Content that violates these standards is removed, and the account responsible is permanently banned.
- We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to other regional or national authorities as the law requires.
- We preserve the relevant records and cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement.
